You aren’t the same people you were when you started dating. And that’s okay — it’s healthy to evolve!
The first session is with the therapist and the couple. After the initial session, each partner will meet with the therapist for an individual session. Together from there we will decide how best to proceed with therapy and for how long, i.e. couple sessions or a combination of individual and couple.
As always, you can let us know if you just prefer couples sessions and we will make that happen.
Couples therapy is for anyone who wants to make their relationship better. Whether you have been together for 6 months or 60 years, we've got you covered.
We know how important it is for you to make your relationship work. Otherwise, you wouldn't be here.
