The first session is with the therapist and the couple. After the initial session, each partner will meet with the therapist for an individual session. Together from there we will decide how best to proceed with therapy and for how long, i.e. couple sessions or a combination of individual and couple.

Individual Therapy

Sex therapy typically starts with just one person and is based on the bio-psycho-social model. We work with MDs as necessary to help with any overlapping medical issues, so you don’t have to search for one on your own.
