Individual Therapy is for anyone who wants to have a healthy relationship with themselves, It's possibly one of the hardest journeys, and definitely the most worth it.
We'll meet, either in person or virtually. We are all systemically trained, meaning, we will want to know how the systems in your life have impacted the you that is front of us. Of course, we will want to know what your goal is for therapy, and then we'll collaborate using your strengths, and the insight that you have gained, to get you there.
Individual therapy is for you and only you. Therefore, it is tailored to your own unique self and history. We will create a space that feels safe, authentic, and real.
